As an Internal Business Support Agent, you will work closely with the senior management, including the Director of Operations, the Director of Sales and the CEO. You will help the company perform by influencing pricing, maintaining online presence and analyzing quality from guest feedback.

Your position will include constant collaboration with different teams and represent a liaison between different company departments. 

Responsibilities

  • Updating the prices of our properties on a daily basis,
  • Preparing supports for the weekly quality meeting with city teams,
  • Answer reviews from our guests on the platforms,
  • Credit card payment collection
  • B2B customer support
  • Maintaining apartment list, unit codes, and number of units in PMS
  • Administration and invoicing process
  • Assist in handling resolution center, chargebacks, refunds, and guest disputes
  • Support in Online Quality Management & Property SEO
  • You will be expected to support internal teams with new initiatives to increase sales and increase operational efficiency,
  • Having a commercial approach by identifying opportunities for the department to improve sales,
  • Seek ways to continuously improve ways of working, automate processes and system solutions.

Requirements

  • Strong English knowledge (written and spoken),
  • Basic knowledge of communication and organizational technology,
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills,
  • Good fit candidates feel comfortable and are able to work with advanced user technology tools,
  • Strong customer focus and service mindset,
  • Proactive, reliable, and responsible person,
  • Ability in problem-solving and negotiation,
  • Ability to work and deliver results with and through others,
  • Ability to respect deadlines, follow and execute orders,
  • Advanced PC skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
